Help Farmers Help The Hungry

Acres of Harvest, an on-line farmer’s market of locally grown and produced food, is pleased to announce that we partnered with the Madison County Food Bank to make it possible for you to purchase fresh, local food from area farmers and donate it to God’s Outreach Food Bank.

This joint effort will help area farmers find a more stable market for their food and get the highly nutritious food available to those who need it most.

You can direct all or part of a Community Supported Agriculture (C.S.A.) share or a Buying Club order to God’s Outreach Food Bank.

Purchase a share on your own, with a group of friends or encourage an organization to sponsor a share.

One share will provide a weekly basket of fresh, seasonal produce in a quantity that would give a family of four a healthy daily serving of fresh vegetables and fruit.

The Buying Club gives access to our on-line store where you can order wide variety of locally produced seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as the much needed protein from fresh eggs, grass fed beef, pastured pork or dry beans.

You can place your order on-line and Acres of Harvest will coordinate the rest.
