So far we have been able to have the inmates come to the church on Friday, the 6th of Sep to feed around 25 of them a hot meal. We have also been able to minister to them by visiting with them in the detention center, we ministered to around three dozen total on our first trip to the jail. 

We have had the wonderful ability to provide the inmates who come, as part of the work release program, to help us unload the trucks that come as part of the donations given to the attic (our thrift store). when they get done unloading the trucks, we offer them the chance to get a good, homecooked meal in the churches Schmitt hall. This has been a wonderful opportunity to build relationships with the people who have done so much for this community.
